OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Use of the Clover platform requires a Merchant Processing Agreement. 

*Promotional offer expires December 31, 2022. Promotional offer is available only for new Citi Merchant Services customers who apply for a merchant processing account between 7/01/2022 and 12/31/2022. All accounts are subject to standard credit approval and underwriting requirements. To be eligible, merchant must (1) complete an application for a new merchant processing account between 7/01/2022 and 12/31/2022, (2) demonstrate anticipated transactional volume of at least $100,000, (3) be credit approved by 1/31/2023 and (4) activate the account within 30 days from the date merchant is notified of credit approval. If eligible, merchant can choose one offer: (1) $500 rebate on the purchase or subscription/lease a Clover Station, Clover Mini or Clover Flex (Excludes Clover Go) or (2) $250 account credit for opening a new merchant account, however, no equipment purchase or lease is required. The rebate or account credit will be applied as a one-time credit in the form of an ACH payment to your new merchant deposit account within 60 days of account activation by submitting a batch of $25 or more in sales transactions within 30 calendar days from approval date. For example, if you are notified of approval on 7/1 you must activate your account by 8/1 by submitting a minimum batch of sales of $25 by 8/1 after which the rebate or account credit will be applied by 10/1. The account credit is being provided to you by First Merchant Services LLC and not Citibank, N.A. and questions concerning the U.S. tax consequences of receiving this credit should be directed to a merchant’s tax or legal consultant. Limit one Clover device or one account credit per eligible business tax ID. Apps may be provided by Clover or third parties not affiliated with First Data and Citi. Additional fees may apply.
